Thanksgiving has become a commercial extravaganza with shopping specials especially on Black Friday. To take advantage of the financial profits realized in November, businesses around the country started summer Black Friday and Thanksgiving in June sales. We, as Christians, realize that we should be thankful for every breath we take, each day we have to share with others, and all the other many blessings we enjoy in our lives. So here we are - celebrating Thanksgiving in June as a reminder to ourselves to be thankful each and every day.
